  6. Blitz-Download is a 2 program package which forms part of the M-Tag package.
  7. It can, however, be used without the M-Tag package just as easily.
  8.  
  9. Blitz-Download performs 2 functions:
  10.  
  11.        o Allows your users to download the descriptions to the files in
  12.          their tag list.
  13.  
  14.        o Copies files from specified @{"units" link config} to the HD.
